Paul Zogala

Paul Zogala is a Partner of Murchinson. Paul negotiates and structures bespoke investments across equities, convertible securities, debt instruments and warrants. He manages a portfolio of these specialized securities.

Paul works closely with our portfolio companies both private and public, he sits on the board of Benuvia Therapeutics a company acquired by Murchinson.

Paul joined Murchinson in 2014 as a Senior Trader. Following this, he spent several years as a Portfolio Manager, before becoming a Partner of Murchinson in 2022.

Prior to working at Murchinson Paul worked with Marc at another Toronto based hedge fund. He is a Chartered Market Technician, a CFA Charter Holder, and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Economics from McMaster University.
